The mission of GCS is to create a learning environment for children in which they are given the time, freedom, and emotional support to play, question, wonder, and take risks; it is in this way that children are truly able to construct their own understanding.

We seek to treat each child, however young, with dignity and respect.

We seek to nurture a generation of creative thinkers and problem solvers.

We seek to create a non-judgmental learning environment that is free from coercion, within the bounds of safety.

We seek to include all children, regardless of learning style, energy level, or ability.
